When requesting a link to be added to Notions and Needs, Links to Other Sites or Services page, you must agree to and comply with these terms.
Notions and Needs reserves the right to make changes to the, Terms for Posting Links, at any time, without notice. If these terms should change at any time and your link violates any of these terms you will be notified and given notice of the term you are violating to give you the opportunity to correct it. Corrections must be made within 24 hours of the notification or the link will be removed and you will have to resubmit for approval.
- Only one link per offer or service will be allowed at any given time. Duplicates will be removed. Be sure to make sure someone else has not already submitted the same or similar request prior to submitting for approval.
- Links to other websites or blogs can be submitted for approval as well providing they comply with all of the Notions and Needs, Terms of Use as well as, Terms for Posting Links.
- First come, first serve. You may not request a link be placed, for anything that already has a link for the same service or offer.
- You must, comment only, on the reference page that it is associate with.
For example: You have a photo editing tool or tutorial that can be used to create caricatures. Comment on a post that this can be helpful for, such as Facebook or another post pertaining to something that uses pictures. Say something like, I have a great low cost tutorial or tool for turning your profile picture into great caricatures, see my link on the Links to Other Sites or Services Page. Then contact me with your link and description for review. - You must have a clear short description,( 300 characters or less) including fees, if any, that are involved with using your software, site, service or tutorial.
- If approved, it will be copied and pasted into the page just as presented.
- You will be notified, if you need to make any changes to your request.
- I, the administrator of Notions and Needs, will not approve deceptive links or links that have no relation to the Notions and Needs Website.
- If I, the administrator of Notions and Needs, get complaints about your link, it will be removed after investigating the complaint and I find it to be a valid complaint.
- Notions and Needs reserves the right to remove links at any time, without notice to you.
- Keep in mind I do have comment restrictions set and they must be approved before allowed.
- You must use the contact information I will provide in your acceptance reply, from Notions and Needs, for any future contact in regards to your link.
- You may contact me at any time, using the contact information provided to you upon approval, to have your link removed and I will address your request in a timely manor.
- You must agree to and comply with Notions and Needs Terms of Use to use this feature.
- Terms of Use may have periodic changes and updates. It is your responsibility to adhere to the most recent policies.
- This feature is purely to share helpful information or services with users of the Notions and Needs website.
- Notions and Needs reserves the right to discontinue this feature, remove, edit and or make changes to the, Links to Other Sites or Services Page at any time.
- At this time, this is a completely free feature to use.
- If at any time, I, the administrator of Notions and Needs, find this feature is being abused, flooded with links that are profitable for the submitting party or becoming a nuisance that is requiring too much of my time, a small advertising fee may be implemented to control the number of links requested or added to the Links to Other Sites or Services Page.
- If such a fee is required, you will be notified by email, via the information you have provide Notions and Needs, when your link request was submitted and you will given the option to comply or have the link removed.
- I may at any time move your description and link to Notions and Needs, Services I Love page, if it has the value or substance Notions and Needs wishes to provide it’s users.
Here’s the catch, you must also mention and add a link to the Notions and Needs Website on your site. I’ll scratch your back, so only fair you scratch mine. I will periodically check your site and if I find you have remove Notions and Needs, I will remove your link as well, unless I feel your link has a great value for my users. I will then place your link in “Services I Love” page(s) under the appropriate category.
