LegalShield
-This is a service I just love and had to share it with all of you. I am not a marketer for this service, I’m just a member, a very happy member at that. I first became a member when I was needing to get custody of my children. It was pretty clear they were better off with me, but knew the courts liked everything documented and worded just right. So I knew I had to have some help.
I could not afford an attorney, but I could easily afford LegalShield. This service has saved me a boat load of money and I quickly got custody of my kids, in fact, my request for custody was not even contested, because I had everything presented to the courts just as they like it and followed all protocols needed. I received advised on many occasions from the LegalShield team of attorneys, always returning my calls within the time frame or often quicker than anticipated.
Best part was, an opposing party can not use LegalShield themselves, if your already a member, to oppose you. If you need legal advise or even just a Will, please check them out for yourself. Here is a link for some of the services included with your membership.
Word of Caution
I was once referred to an attorney that was not one of the LegalShield attorneys, because I thought I needed an attorney that was in the county where the divorce took place and they did not have an attorney in that area. Neither the referring LegalShield attorney or the attorney I was referred to, informed me that I would be billed for the phone consultation. Be sure to ask questions and have them clarify any charges that may be charged. Other than that, this service gets two thumbs up from me.
I’ve been a member for over a year now and can cancell any time, just don’t want to as of yet.
